Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping options
- Standard: $8, complimentary on orders of $70 and up, 3–5 business days
- Express: $15, 1–2 business days
Rates and options are confirmed at checkout.
Processing
In-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders
Pieces marked Pre-order on the product page ship by the date shown there (currently December 2, 2026). You're charged in full at checkout. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we'll ship everything together when the pre-order pieces are ready.
If we can't ship a pre-order by the date shown, we'll email you with a revised date before it passes. You can then cancel for a full refund or keep your order. You can also cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing orders@brock-studio.com with your order number.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email orders@brock-studio.com as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it delivered but you haven't received it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
