Refund policy
Returns
Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Please return pieces in their original packaging where possible.
- Returns that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to you.
How to return
Email orders@brock-studio.com with your order number and the pieces you'd like to return. We'll email you a prepaid, trackable return label and instructions. The cost of the label is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You'll get an email when the refund is issued; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a pre-order piece is delivered, the standard 14-day return policy applies.
Exchanges
Because pieces are made in small numbers, we can't hold sizes for exchanges. To get a different size, return your piece and place a new order so the size you want isn't lost while your return is in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect piece, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
